Responsibilities
Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transactionFacilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clientsManage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closedAssess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trendsResearch investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the saleFind acquisition propertiesDevelop a builder, developer, and contractor networkInvestment property lead generationInvestment property lead follow-upListing appointmentsInvestment property buyer and seller salesQualifications
