H.R Manager

Position Overview : Join our dynamic team as an HR Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving employee relations and organizational development.

Reporting directly to the COO, you'll collaborate with leadership to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
  • Compensation and Benefits : Conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, and

manage the annual compensation planning process. Collaborate with benefits brokers to execute benefits programs.

  • Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Stay updated on HR best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Performance Management : Lead annual performance review processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with proficiency across various HR disciplines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal / state laws.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, Workday, etc.) and MS Office proficiency.
  • Certification such as SPHR / PHR or SHRM-CP / SCP is preferred.
  • Pervious Transportation experience would be helpful.
