Groundskeeper - Private Estate - Santa Ana (Lemon Heights)

$49,920k to $54,080k ($24-$26 / hr.)

Hours : 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm Monday through Friday

Join our 3 person landscape crew to maintain the grounds of a private estate. Two or more years of landscape experience preferred. Refrigerator, microwave, restroom facilities on-site. Owner provides tools and equipment. Pants, shirts, winter jacket, boots, and rain gear after 3 months on the job. Payroll is every other Friday by Direct Deposit to your bank with required State / Federal deductions.

Benefits include the following : Aetna Value Network HMO or Aetna Open Access Health Plan (PPO), which permits you to select your own qualified physician. Vision and dental health plans are available but not required. The employer pays 100% of the premium for the HMO or 79% of the premium for the PPO. A 401(k) plan is available, along with $50,000 of employer-paid life insurance. Paid time off includes 6 holidays, 5 sick days, and 5 vacation days. No smoking on site.
