Required Qualifications

Coursework / Training and Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.

Upon hire : Washington Licensed Practical Nurse

Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

1 year of Nursing experience in primary or specialty care clinic or ambulatory surgical / infusion center
