Dizario Search is currently supporting a search for a Production Supervisor based in Cleveland, Ohio . This opportunity is with a leading manufacturer in the forged metal components industry. The Production Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily operations within the Processing Department , ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality goals
• Supervise, train, and develop hourly employees while promoting a safe work environment
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to optimize efficiency
• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity
• Monitor production schedules, ensure customer commitments are met, and maintain accurate records
