Receiver

The Dinex Group,   Chef Daniel Boulud ’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is proud to announce the  upcoming  opening of   Blue Box Café by Daniel Boulud.  The new luxury, high-end fine-dining cafe will be located within  Tiffany and Co.   in midtown Manhattan.

The  Receiver   will primarily be focused on organizing, receiving and checking all inventory from outside purveyors, and supervisoring the receiving team.

The Receiver is expected to :

• Assist with ordering and receiving of goods, familiarity with purchase orders required
• Check items requested / received from for accuracy
• Complete daily checklists - FIFO, Labelled accurately
• Maintain and ensure that storage and walkins are clean and organized
• Responsiblie to receive goods in response to product requirements and ensure proper storage
• Collaborate daily with Chefs to coordinate utilization of products on hand
• Receive all food order with vendors, check, and store
