How a Special Security Officer will make an impact :

• Providing management and support to customer access control systems. Includes working with vendors for maintenance and support, maintaining access database and conduct system troubleshooting.
• Provide management of video security systems. Includes working with vendors for maintenance and other support, troubleshooting system issues and replacement equipment.
• Evaluate remote locations for temporary SCIF accreditation.
• Install deployable security systems (alarms, sound masking and video surveillance) for establishment of customer temporary SCIFs.
• Conduct security training to building and reinforce security awareness and procedures.
• Review documents to ensure conformity with security classification guides.
• Assist the Government with determining personnel eligibility for access to classified information.
• Conducting other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed :

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
