Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Director - Business Development with a focus on Motion Graphic Design contracts . This role bridges strategic growth with creative execution , leading Ironclad's efforts to both win and deliver on motion graphics-related projects for defense, NATO, and government clients.

The ideal candidate combines business development acumen with a creative director's eye -able to design compelling visual proposals, shape winning strategies, and oversee delivery of high-quality motion graphics content. You'll help position IDW at the forefront of defense-focused digital storytelling, training solutions, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development Leadership

Identify, pursue, and capture new opportunities in motion graphics and multimedia design within defense and NATO markets.

Lead concept development and oversee the production of motion graphics content for proposals and active contracts.

Manage awarded motion graphics projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
