A company is looking for a Manager, Global Benefits to lead benefit, wellness, and leave programs for a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and implement company benefit programs including health, disability / life, retirement / pension, and wellness
Manage broker and provider relationships while ensuring programs are competitive and compliant
Lead annual renewal processes, benefits communications, and oversee the administration of employee leaves of absence
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in designing and administering benefits for the U.S. and Europe
At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale global benefits projects
Significant experience with U.S. benefits compliance requirements
Experience managing the full lifecycle of benefits and wellness programs
Proficient in Office 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
