Athletics Ticket Representative

Brown University Athletics is currently seeking candidates for the Athletics Ticket Representative. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, and a member of the Ivy League, our intercollegiate athletics program consists of 34 varsity teams with approximately 1,000 athletes who participate within the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA-D1). This position is responsible for selling tickets and will-call at various athletic events.

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Providing excellent customer service at home athletic events
• Process sales in AudienceView ticketing system
• Ensure PCI compliance with cash control process
• Managing complimentary tickets at will-call
• Scanning tickets and all-season passes
• Assisting guests with online ticket purchases at varied athletic events
• Assisting guests to their seats and / or reviewing their tickets to monitor access to reserved seats / hospitality sections
