Service Team Lead
Overview
SUMMARY :
The Service Team Lead reports to the Service Manager, and is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial coffee and beverage equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the consistent production of high-quality beverages by troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and installing new systems. The Service Team Lead works within their designated region to minimize downtime, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, Royal Cup provides a reasonable range of base compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Illinois, or Washington as set forth below.
