WHATYOU WILL BEDOING
- Accuratelyprocess vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Manageand maintain vendor relationships
- Reconcilevendor statements POs and invoices as needed
- Accuratelyprepare journal entries for all accrued expenses
- Assistwith the month / quarter / yearend processes asneeded
- Otherduties as assigned
WHATYOU NEED TOHAVE
- 3years of experience in accounting or relatedfield
- Strongattention to detail and ability to work in fastpacedenvironment
- Experienceusing Workday required
- Experiencein working with highvolume invoices / POs highly preferred
- Experiencewith 3way matching required
- Experienceusing Excel (entry tomidlevel)
