Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights Fraud Strategy

This role sits within the Fraud Strategy team, where you will lead a group of analysts and managers focused on identifying, mitigating, and preventing fraud across Walmart's ecommerce platform. You'll drive strategic planning, manage cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Product, Tech, and Business teams to deliver scalable fraud solutions. Your leadership will shape the roadmap, guide execution, and ensure measurable impact across business units.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap and execution of fraud mitigation initiatives across platforms and workstreams.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and managers focused on fraud detection, rule development, and strategic execution.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align capabilities and drive solutions.
• Oversee major ruleset adjustments, escalations, and fraud trend coverage.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide reporting, experimentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Ink and Sig.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications : Statistical Programming Language, Supervising Associates, Working on cross-functional teams or projects Masters : Business Administration Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt - Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification
