Job descriptionWork directly with our customers and develop relationships to make Prosper Ford their trusted one stop shop for all their automotive needs Preform a walk around on all customers vehicles Update customers on status of vehicle Provide customers on all vehicle needs and recommended repairs Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment Must have minimum 3 year main shop service advisor experience Strong computer and phone skills All potential employees must pass pre-employment screening, background check and drug screen
