We are looking for an Account Receivable Assistant to join our growing team.

Primary Job Function : As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Assistant , you'll support the accounting department by handling core AR responsibilities, including preparing invoices, posting customer payments, reconciling accounts, and conducting collections follow-up. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting timely cash flow, and ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with occasional overtime as required

Pay : $22.00 - 30.00 per hour, depending on experience
