PRODUCTION LEADER

Manage the daily operations of the production line according to the defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety to ensure reliability and consistency on the line

Oversee daily operations of the production line and front line manufacturing employees within allocated departments

Provide direction in resource allocation, production issues relocation and operator training, deployment and coordination

Select, hire, train, develop and provide ongoing leadership and feedback to assigned areas of the hourly population

Coordinate employees and operations across all three shifts via production supervisors and team leads allocated to each shift

Drive cycle/lead time improvements and implement cost control/reduction strategies

Bachelor's degree required

3-5 years experience in Production Supervision preferably in a manufacturing environment
