Overview : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a broad range of HR functions. In this role, you'll respond to internal and external inquiries, manage employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help coordinate performance and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle employee inquiries and external HR-related requests
• Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes
• Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
• Assist with payroll coordination and other HR projects
• Prepare reports and support the implementation of HR best practices

Qualifications :

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corona, CA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
