A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY AS OUR REMOTE PRODUCT CONTENT WRITER :

Our full-time schedule offers flexibility with two options : a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, or a 4.5 workweek.

As our Product Content Writer, you'll be the bridge between our technology and its users, ensuring that our Help Center and knowledge base provide clear, concise, and effective information. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand our products and translate technical details into engaging guides, slides, and videos. Your role is to ensure users-both internal teams and customers-can quickly access accurate, easy-to-understand resources to improve hiring efficiency. You'll organize and structure content to make our knowledge base an accessible and valuable resource across multiple domains. Additionally, you'll assist in answering HR compliance questions, providing educational content that enhances hiring processes. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our software, making their experience seamless and productive.
