Staff Workday Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Workday Engineer to serve as the system's owner and technical subject matter expert for HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize HRIS systems including UKG Pro, Workday, and Greenhouse

Perform daily operations encompassing configuration, testing, reporting, and maintenance of employee profiles

Develop and analyze comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor HR metrics and deliver insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, or similar

Proven ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards

Knowledge of system integration and data flow optimization

Experience in training and supporting end-users on HRIS systems
