Florida Licensed Mortgage Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage a pipeline of loans from application to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and analyze necessary information to process mortgage applications

Manage daily pipeline to meet rate lock expirations and mortgage commitment dates

Communicate loan status to all relevant parties and ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in processing residential home loans, preferably conventional, FHA, and VA

Working knowledge of industry regulatory requirements and loan products

Familiarity with underwriting requirements for agency, FHA, and VA loans

Experience with Microsoft Office and Encompass360 Bankers Edition

Ability to work independently and be highly motivated
