We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Arcade, New York. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, expertise in full-cycle recruiting, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the onsite HR team to meet hiring goals and address workforce needs.
- Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning job requirements and company-specific procedures.
- Maintain an attentive and approachable demeanor when interacting with candidates and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in creating a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.
- Proficiency in sourcing methods, including online job boards and social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct effective interviews.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of cognitive ability to grasp new concepts and adapt quickly.
- Consistency and accuracy in performing recruitment-related tasks.
