What You'll Do
Shape Strategy : Design and lead Acadia's compensation philosophy, salary structures, and incentive programs.
Drive Insights : Use market data and analytics to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
Ensure Compliance : Oversee governance and regulatory adherence for all compensation programs.
Collaborate & Influence : Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to align pay practices with business goals.
Lead & Inspire : Develop and mentor a high-performing compensation team.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required; CCP preferred.
10+ years in HR / Total Rewards leadership, including 5+ years managing teams.
Expertise in executive compensation, incentive design, and compliance.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and data tools (Excel, UKG, HR Soft, Compensation platforms).
