Medical Oncology Opportunity near Cleveland, Ohio
Join a physician-owned, multi-specialty group committed to advancing oncology care across community hospitals. This position offers you the chance to step into a high-demand market with strong referral support, a collaborative team, and access to specialized tumor boards. As the newest Medical Oncologist, you'll have both clinical autonomy and lifestyle balance built into your practice.
Practice Overview :
- Join a collegial team of 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 NPs
- 200+ primary care referrals feeding into two hospital-based clinics
- Balanced case mix : 50% hematology / 50% solid tumor
- Shared call, light volume with rare in-person consults, supporting strong work-life balance
Schedule :
4-day clinical week split between two hospitals (2 days each)Consistent weekday hours with predictable patient flowMonthly admin time built in for documentation and catch-upWeekend call averages 2-4 inpatient consults / day, mostly phone-basedCompensation & Benefits :
