About The Position

Medical Oncology Opportunity near Cleveland, Ohio

Join a physician-owned, multi-specialty group committed to advancing oncology care across community hospitals. This position offers you the chance to step into a high-demand market with strong referral support, a collaborative team, and access to specialized tumor boards. As the newest Medical Oncologist, you'll have both clinical autonomy and lifestyle balance built into your practice.

Practice Overview :

  • Join a collegial team of 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 NPs
  • 200+ primary care referrals feeding into two hospital-based clinics
  • Balanced case mix : 50% hematology / 50% solid tumor
  • Shared call, light volume with rare in-person consults, supporting strong work-life balance

Schedule :

  • 4-day clinical week split between two hospitals (2 days each)
  • Consistent weekday hours with predictable patient flow
  • Monthly admin time built in for documentation and catch-up
  • Weekend call averages 2-4 inpatient consults / day, mostly phone-based
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive base salary with RVU incentives
  • Call stipend : $400 / day (~$2,800 / month additional income)
