Zaden Technologies is seeking a Junior UiPath Developer to support automation efforts within a customer environment in the San Antonio area. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical staff to design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. This is a hybrid remote work position with preference for candidates residing within commuting distance of San Antonio, TX to support in-person meetings. Position may require occasional travel in support of customer requirements.
Note : US citizenship is strictly required for this position.
Role Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and test attended and unattended UiPath Studio automations based on stakeholder requirements
- Configure and manage workflows in UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring reliable scheduling and execution
- Work directly with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and document business processes
- Translate user needs into technical specifications and automation logic
- Provide demonstrations, training, and support to end-users and government leads
- Monitor deployed automations for performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
- Maintain documentation and version control for all automation assets
- Ensure automations comply with DoD cybersecurity and data handling standards
Required Qualifications :
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearanceHands-on experience with UiPath StudioBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field1–3 years of experience developing automations using UiPath Studio (internship or academic experience acceptable)Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to qualityPreferred Qualifications :
