What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing federal sales team across Civilian sectors, driving success through tailored strategies and consistent execution.
  • Build and execute comprehensive GTM plans that align with Wiz’s overall objectives and federal customer needs.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and effectively communicate their value to federal customers, ensuring alignment with mission-critical requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the U.S. Federal space, leveraging your network and understanding of federal acquisition processes to expand Wiz’s presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to ensure an integrated approach to sales.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to continuously improve team efficiency and outcomes, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and federal market demands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the federal government to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and procurement processes in the federal space, using this knowledge to guide strategy and sales execution.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of experience in federal sales leadership, with a strong focus on the Civilian agencies.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful GTM strategies within the U.S. Federal market, driving significant revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team of enterprise and major account executives focused on federal sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance (including FedRAMP), and acquisition lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and their applicability within federal environments.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and navigate complex sales cycles in the federal space.
  • Federal compliance and eligibility

  • Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

  • This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
  • The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
  • US Base Pay Range

    $187,500 — $207,500 USD
