Sr. Title Processor

Our Real Estate Client on the main line is looking to hire a Senior Title Processor on a direct hire basis who will be responsible for receiving and opening incoming orders for title insurance. This role will assist the Settlement Director by creating the file, entering data on all parties, ordering title searches, contacting agents, attorneys, and clients for information, and ordering and distributing various documents including, but not limited to, mortgage payoffs, tax certifications, judgment and lien documents, and utility certifications. The Senior Title Processor will clear a variety of issues that may appear on title and will reach out to underwriters for clarification and support. The focus of the position is on achieving accurate and timely results that support settlement agents in efficiently completing each order.

The ideal candidate has the ability to hit the ground running and work collaboratively / closely alongside our Settlement Office, Agents, and teammates. • Salary $65-$70K based on experience (commission and incentive bonus eligible)
• Schedule - M-F in office (Full time position) Ardmore
