Background :
- 3-5 years’ experience in insurance defense
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prepare and argue motions in court, including summary judgment and discovery motions
- Conduct depositions and other discovery proceedings
- Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and provide regular updates on case progress
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and other proceedings as necessary
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
