As   Sr. Manager, Clinical Data Management ,  you will :

Job Description :

Responsibilities include :

• Oversee GSO-DM Project Leads working on studies within a program to ensure delivery of all timelines and deliverables for the GSO-DM components.
• Plan and lead all aspects of GSO-DM activities for various TA programs and projects.
• Manage risk, resources, strategic portfolio, quality, and stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert to ensure best practices in all GSO-DM processes and consistency across programs.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate resourcing levels in partnership with FSP to ensure appropriate distribution and accountability for portfolio demands.
• Contribute to the process and / or technical implementation of GSO-DM strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and / or working groups.
• Develop, review, and implement policies, SOPs, and associated documents affecting Data Management globally.
• Provide technical and process input and leadership on process improvement activities, new and emerging technologies.
