NCIA is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Development to lead and grow our fundraising efforts from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of philanthropy for an organization committed to transforming lives through education, vocational training, and community-based support.

We're not looking for someone to maintain the status quo-we're looking for a builder. A leader who can translate passion into partnerships and strategy into sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Development Plan
• Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors and corporate partners
• Launch and manage a Planned Giving Program
• Lead fundraising events and donor engagement initiatives
• Oversee donor communications, marketing, and stewardship efforts
• Engage the Board in fundraising and giving
