Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by clients.
• Document customer interactions and solutions within the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve recurrent issues.
