Summary of Position : The Senior Manager of Total Rewards is responsible for developing and administering competitive compensation, incentive programs, deferred compensation, non-qualified deferred compensation, payroll, taxes, benefits, and wellness initiatives. This position will plan, develop and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with the organization's core values and establishes competitive practices to ensure a positive impact on the long and short-term performance of the organization. Assure, thorough audits, reports and interpersonal contact, company programs and processes are consistently administered in compliance with policies, professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws. Manage the Total Rewards Team by coaching members to meet the expectations of the organization through exceptional customer service.
