The Compliance Specialist is a corporate position that will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of our multifamily properties. Working with the Operations Team, this position requires a flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can assist with various administrative tasks, property takeovers, and special projects at multiple properties.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work directly with the VP of Operations.
• Assist the Regional Supervisor team with property takeovers, due diligence, pre-takeover preparations, implementation, conducting property inspections, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Support the Regional Supervisor team in implementing company policies and procedures at the property level.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives, such as property renovations, new system implementations and roll out.
• Provide support to property management teams on all new implementations.
• Provide support to the HR team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws.
