A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire product development process from research to production

Lead the Product Development team in project tracking and accountability

Manage external relationships with formulators and manufacturers to drive project success

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; scientific or technical degrees preferred

8+ years of experience in product development in the personal care or beauty industry, specifically with FDA OTC products

Proven expertise in managing product development with external partners

Extensive experience with product testing and interpreting results

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects
