Korean Bilingual Human Resources Manager

Position Overview
The position heavily ensures that the best possible talent is sourced to join its dynamic organization and that employees have a consistently positive experience during and after onboarding, while also ensuring the best people practices and legal compliance.
The HR Manager will manage HR functions focused on Recruiting, HRIS data integrity, Compliance, Talent Management, and other projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment and compliance of hiring process and workforce planning including preparing job descriptions and coordinating interviews
- Responsible for compensation strategy and administration including job evaluation, market analysis
- Responsible for onboarding and training new employees with HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Maintain HRIS data integrity for compensation, withholding, and position changes
- Perform Payroll processing and assist with benefit enrollments including Health Insurance and 401(k)
- Responsible for employee relations including employee grievances and complaints, conducting investigations
- Organizing Employee performance evaluation process and perform job analysis
- Oversee engagement programs and other employee relations work
- Maintain company policies and procedures (Employee Handbook) and legal compliance
- Visa and Immigration management
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and / or procedures, develop solution, implement, and provide training as needed
- Office management duties as assigned
- Support for CEO and Head of Administration
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Master’s degree in Human Resource preferred
- 7+ years’ experience working in Human Resources
- 3+ years’ experience with technical recruiting
- Has experience recruiting for technical roles at all levels, technology industry preferred
- Applicant tracking system proficiency
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of federal, state and local HR regulations
- Must have excellent work ethics, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
- Experience working with Korean based company a plus
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required
