The facility in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for locum coverage from March 3 to June 30, 2025. The position involves working varying shifts with a flexible schedule, covering approximately 200 hours per month and treating a patient volume of 54,000 annually. Candidates must possess necessary certifications, a valid Pennsylvania medical license, and a minimum of two years of experience in emergency medicine.

Physicians with current certification in another specialty may also qualify to work in the Emergency Medicine Department, provided they meet additional requirements. Schedule

Requirements

  • Board Status : Board Certified (Emergency Medicine preferred)
  • Non-EM boarded physicians must hold current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications and complete a moderate sedation education module.
  • Licensure : Active Pennsylvania medical license
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years
  • Certifications : ACLS, ATLS, PALS
  • DEA Registration : Required
