J&R Schugel is Now Hiring Experienced CDL-A Refrigerated Drivers

Earn Up to 66 CPM

J&R Schugel is looking for motivated, successful, and safety-oriented drivers that are interested in being a part of an EMPLOYEE OWNED Company that treats them with the respect they deserve. Our drivers enjoy great work / life balance, top industry pay, and well-equipped newer equipment.

Top Pay & Benefits :

Newly increased pay - earn 62 - 66 CPM

  • Base pay capped at 66 CPM
  • Earn $1,360 - $1,650 per week
  • Average 2,200 - 2,500 weekly miles
  • Veterans earn an additional 1 CPM
  • Onboarding bonus

    We pay for your performance - and your experience :

  • Experienced Drivers (3+ years) : Earn an extra 5 CPM
  • Rising Stars (
  • Earnings based on experience & weekly mileage)
  • Weekly miles & home time vary by location)

    • Requirements :

  • Must have a valid CDL-A
  • At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required
  • Prior refrigerated experience in the last 36 months preferred
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Safe driving record (no serious traffic violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
