Job Details

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Tax Manager, your duties will include :

1. Supervising and coordinating the preparation & review of federal tax returns for complex flowthrough entities and their owners.

2. Providing tax compliance, planning and advisory services to clients.

3. Developing and managing staff, including providing timely and constructive feedback of assignments.

4. Ensuring quality control and compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Fostering professional relationships with clients and stays current on their business and industry to be able to assist them with accounting and other business issues

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 3+ year of experience in public accounting at the manager level within a Big 4 firm.

2. Expertise in tax compliance and planning, with a focus on pass-through entities and their owners.

3. Proficiency in tax software such as CCH.

4. A thorough understanding of the tax review process.

5. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

6. Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

7. Proven ability to manage client relationships and interact with clients in a professional manner.

8. Master's degree in Taxation or desire to obtain degree (at the firm's expense) is highly preferred.
