JOB SUMMARYThe Salesforce Services position will be instrumental in delivering on Salesforce services for clients and partners of Cloud Adoption Solutions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThis position is comprised of 80-100% billable client-facing work. Maintain a regular list of clients, performing Salesforce administrative solutions with technical expertise and customer-focused drive Develop, enhance, and scale existing client relationships, either with service work or partner introductions Within internal Salesforce.com platform, develop KPIs and success metrics, and report data on outcomesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales environment in a user-facing or customer-facing role Attention to client needs, focus on urgency and detail, and drive for results Ability to operate with minimal oversight Up to 10% travelPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in business, communications, marketing preferred Multiple Salesforce Certifications PreferredCULTURE AND VALUESCulture and values are incredibly important to Cloud Adoption Solutions.
