Are you passionate about building strong operational risk frameworks that drive safe and sustainable growth? As an Operational Risk Analyst , you’ll play a key role in supporting the ongoing development and execution of Central Payments’ risk management program, helping safeguard our operations, assets, and reputation. Working closely with senior risk leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure that risk awareness and accountability are built into everything we do.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning across departments, including Operations, Compliance, IT, and Information Security.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in oversight activities for third-party partners, including due diligence and periodic risk reviews.
• Track and monitor third-party issues, ensuring timely follow-through and accurate documentation.
• Support incident tracking and documentation, contributing to root cause analysis and remediation planning.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of operational risk policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and assist in identifying and escalating emerging risks.
• Help collect and maintain due diligence documentation related to vendor risk management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate risk awareness into day-to-day operations.
• Assist in preparing risk reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to audit and regulatory response efforts.
• Maintain incident response documentation and escalation protocols in collaboration with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.
