Medical Assistant - Pediatrics
- $17-21 / hr DOE
- Looking for someone that is interested in Pediatrics
- Monday 8am - 6pm, Tuesday - Thursday 8am - 4 : 30pm, Fridays 8am - 3pm
- Rotating Saturdays East Hartford 8am - 2pm with day off during week to offset
- Supporting a new provider 1 : 1
- Start : ASAP Requirements :
- MA diploma
- MA diploma
- Must be able to pass a drug screen (marijuana included)
- COVID vaccine (Fully vaccinated)
Responsibilities :
- Rooming patients, taking in health status (and vitals) and recording in electronic health records (we use E Clinical Works), helping process referrals to other offices / resources (there are a lot of tasks or what we call telephone encounters) that the MA must process such as following up on a referral to another provider or facility.
