A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and report on clinician compensation systems and financial trends
Collaborate with healthcare providers on compensation-related matters
Provide guidance and training to finance team members and operational leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience
3 years of analytical and business experience
Knowledge of accrual-based accounting and payroll logistics
Experience with clinician compensation models
Advanced knowledge and skills in finance operations
