Windows and Doors Sales Rep

Pella Windows and Doors SW is seeking a full-time Windows and Doors Sales Rep to serve the Albuquerque, NM market. This full-time role offers a competitive earning potential exceeding $100,000 / year , including base pay, commission, and performance-based bonuses. This position allows for a flexible, home-based start each day, with a company-provided laptop and phone to support your success.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM . The Windows and Doors Sales Rep will dispatch directly from home to job sites, eliminating the need to report to a central office before beginning the workday.

YOUR DAY

Each day, you will travel directly from home to meet with contractors, builders, and other trade professionals in the Albuquerque, NM region. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, presenting Pella's industry-leading products, and guiding clients through the selection process to ensure they receive the best solutions for their projects. You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of Pella's product line, provide expert recommendations, and achieve individual sales goals through proactive relationship management. Success in this role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, growing market share, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A WINDOWS AND DOORS SALES REP

Experience with windows or doors, a self-starter attitude, and a strong attention to detail are preferred.
