At Re-Bath , we believe everyone deserves a bathroom they love. As a Sales Design Consultant , youll help homeowners turn their ideas into reality by creating beautiful, functional bathrooms. Youll combine your sales expertise with your design training to guide customers through a high-impact, emotionally rewarding transformation - and be rewarded for the results

Your Impact
As a Re-Bath Design Consultant, you will :
Meet homeowners to understand their needs, find urgency, and design their bathrooms.
Present solutions using Re-Baths proprietary products and efficient selling processes.
Guide clients through the decision-making process with clarity and confidence.
Close sales on the first visit and turn in clean, feasible jobs to the Production Team
Manage your time effectively from Consultations to Team support
Who You Are

A proven One-Call Closer with a track record of results.
Minimum 3 years of Business-to-Consumer Sales
Proficient at using technology / software programs with iOS devices
Hands-on experience with home improvement projects preferred.
Naturally competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated.
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
Personable, persuasive, and able to make a connection with customers quickly.
Clean driving record and background check required.
Compensation and Benefits
$120,000 to $300,000+ per year , commission-based and uncapped.
