Express Employment Professionals in Albertville is helping a client in the Maple Lake area in their search for Manufacturing Associates. This is a day shift position where you can enjoy a 3 day weekend! $3,000 BONUS! $1,000 when hired on by client, the remaining $2,000 in 90 days after that. Hours are M-Th 6am-4 : 30pm. Starting pay is $19.00 / hr. Enjoy employee discounts and excellent benefits!

The duties are :

• As a Manufacturing Associate you will operate work equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations
• This is a very physical position
• As a Manufacturing Associate you will be assisting in a team to make molds, trim & inspect the product
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members
• Help participate in the training of team members.
• You will be assisting in a team to make mold and trim the product
• Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of finished product.
• Ability to lift up to 50#
• Good written and oral communication
