Position Summary The Rifle Assembly Technician III will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of Q products through precise assembly and rigorous quality control processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with mechanical aptitude, a deep understanding of manufacturing practices, and a passion for firearms innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Assembly Excellence :

Assemble Q products using established production methods and best practices.

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble mechanical components with precision.

Quality Control and Testing :

Test fire assembled products for functionality and accuracy in a controlled rifle range environment while adhering to all safety rules and regulations.

Identify and report irregularities in materials, processes, or equipment to the department supervisor promptly.

Workplace Maintenance :

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring compliance with prescribed safety regulations.

Follow company policies consistently to uphold operational standards.

Adaptability and Collaboration :

Adapt to evolving production methods and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Perform additional duties as requested, directed, or assigned to support team goals.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in rifle assembly.

Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and operational efficiency.

Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Adaptable to changing methods and timelines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes :

Mechanical aptitude and comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Familiarity with firearms is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform hands-on assembly tasks.

Capability to adhere to safety protocols during testing and assembly processes.
