JOB SUMMARY :

This is a Revenue Administrator I - SES position in the General Tax Administration Program, Return and Revenue Processing, Incoming Mail Unit. The incumbent manages the incoming mail services for the Department by providing leadership to direct reports, ensuring workflow is timely and accurate, monitoring and maintaining the mail equipment, and analyzing and preparing team statistical and administrative reports. The incumbent also communicates with internal and external customers, performs all Human Resources functions for direct reports and ensures policies, procedures, and job aids are keep current and accurate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • Three years of work experience in mailroom operations.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports.
  • PREFERENCES :

  • Knowledge of U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and other carrier regulations (e.g. Fedex, UPS) and compliance standards.
  • SPECIAL NOTES :

  • The required work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 6 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.
  • This position may require continuous standing, stooping, and lifting up to 40 lbs. at any time during the work schedule.
  • SALARY : The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $4,542.94 monthly / $54,515.25 annually.
