Job descriptionPrevious payroll experience working with an automated time keeping system such as WFM and an HRMS such as UltiPro Experience / knowledge of state and local tax deductions Strong Excel and Word skills Superior customer service skills Excellent mathematics skills Acute attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize duties and work independently.

Job Description :
- Coordinate the entry of automated time-keeping data into both automated HRMS and Payroll System for a weekly payroll
- Run weekly Payroll
- Run monthly supplemental payrolls for incentives
- Process manual checks
- Maintain deductions, direct deposits, and garnishment information in payroll systems
- Enter new hire information into systems
- Work with various levels of management to collect necessary data for proper adjustments within the HRMS and payroll systems
- File, process, and enter payroll change notices
