Job : Payroll Coordinator
Reports To : Payroll Operations Manager
Location : CTDI Headquarters 1373 Enterprise Dr. West Chester, PA 19380
Environment : Located within Human Resource department consisting of Payroll, Employment, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Safety. Open area with high energy consistent phone and personal interaction with employees. The utmost flexibility and adaptability is essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience : 2+ years of Payroll processing required
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the entry of automated time-keeping data into both automated HRMS and Payroll System for a weekly payroll
- Run weekly Payroll
- Run monthly supplemental payrolls for incentives
- Process manual checks
- Maintain deductions, direct deposits, and garnishment information in payroll systems
- Enter new hire information into systems
- Work with various levels of management to collect necessary data for proper adjustments within the HRMS and payroll systems
- File, process, and enter payroll change notices
Requirements :
Previous payroll experience working with an automated time keeping system such as WFM and an HRMS such as UltiProExperience / knowledge of state and local tax deductionsStrong Excel and Word skillsSuperior customer service skillsExcellent mathematics skillsAcute attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize duties and work independently.This position requires physical presence working remotely is not approved. Payroll is run on Mondays so approved time off is limited.
