Raising Stars Learning Center in Rincon, GA is looking for one site lead to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 121 Waterford Ct. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

The person selected for this position will be under the direct supervision of the Director taking on a leadership role with guides. Must be able to work between two site locations. Site Leaders are responsible for conducting themselves in an appropriate manner, setting an example for children, parents and coworkers. Site Leaders are responsible for complying with all state laws and regulations as well as Raising Stars Learning Center.

• Demonstrates knowledge of child development and age appropriate activities.
• Demonstrates the ability to navigate difficult situations in a professional manner.
• Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt in the work environment.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors work to ensure quality.
• Responsive to families, children, staff needs

Education :   High School Diploma. Some college preferred.

Physical demands :   Physical demands of the job require that a site leader is mobile. Must be available to work with students in all situations, playground, and able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds. Work environment is the classroom(s) and all areas inside and outside of the entire school.

Must be willing to work a split shift between two site locations starting at 5 : 30am.

This is a Full-Time position.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $10.50 - $11.50 / hour.
