Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a 3PL Administrator (Logistics Administrator) in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, temp-to-hire position.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine if items need to be moved, gathered, distributed, and / or shipped
- Record information into the system regarding items shipped and received
- Help to provide information to clients or to management as far as inventory management and inventory auditing
- Work closely with supervisor and manager to keep processes running smoothly
Qualifications
- Understanding of transportation and logistics, or the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Administrative and customer service experience
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with word, outlook, and excel
- Ability to acquire a TSA certification if needed (background check)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
- This is a temp-to-hire position paying 18-20 / hr depending on experience
- This position is located in Essex, MD (considering candidates in the greater Baltimore area)
- Hours for this position are 7am to 4 pm
